In the memory of Restaurant ANDRE
Our last service on the Valentine’s Day, the 14th of February.
We started from a white canvas, then you started to paint little by little, until a day the canvas is full and you’re so happy with the masterpiece that you’ve created, then you sign your name at the corner, you don’t want to touch it anymore. This is done. This is the best picture.
“What we call the beginning is often the end.
And to make an end is to make a beginning.
The end is where we start from.”

so touching for an excellent video
so touching for an excellent video
Daniel is there cause Andre can’t cook
Amazing man
Anyone else notice this video is 11:11 long for Eleven Madison Park
Very nice and interesting
At the end of day, what really matters is the "deliverable" in the dish. Too much emphasis on personality and philosophical elements won't make the lasting taste. CP 值不高
A visionary, a leader, a great chef , an artist , a great human, A wise and intelligent man he def has achieved enlightenment in hes life 👑
dre gave up pursuing 3 stars
Beautiful imagery and photography. I can’t help laughing though when I see he doesn’t like to attach price tags to the things he does. It’s kind of ironical when a meal at Restaurant Andre doesn’t come cheap at all.
If you can afford a meal here, you don't care what the price tag is
just watched your documentary at Netflix last night..i was also emotional watching the movie it really made me cry..
Best culinary experience I ever had ❤️
It is good when a person knows that they've accomplished what they set out to do and when to stop. This guy isn't driven by greed. He pushed himself and those who work with him.

americans are so fucking clueless
Chef, ur wife sing like a witch🤣 0:14
I regret I didn't get to dine at Andre. I wish to one day dine in your new restaurant. 加油! I hope our paths will cross, and I get to cook next to a great chef like you. Thank you for the inspiration, Chef! Ben IG: raja_benjamin
So Ming just edited out his comments and tasting on Andre’s beautiful dish?! Come on!
LOL. I notice that too. Andre made a awesome dish
It’s too nice of the Chef to let Ming help. Ming got a lot to learn from Andra’s team, a lot!
It's Vantastic
An artist in heart, very smart as well
magnifique :)
Why he closed the restaurent
I was gonna ask the same thing..
thanks for making Singapore proud of you. Your life stories had inspired me a lot in life, thanks chef. Sincerely Handy Manny
Unique... Daniel, Sie sind der bester Botschafter der ein Land (und wir Schweizer) haben kann. Lange ist es her, da war es die SWISSAIR, heute ist es Herr Daniel Humm. Grüsse aus Kiew Ein Auslandschweizer
Wow, absolutely amazing!~
i dissagree he awesome chef
The ironic moment is at about 4:45 when he says that he learned all of the classic methods, and then eats caviar with a metal spoon.
In restaurant every thing matters. From good service to good food. cleanliness to Decoration. Sitting chair to location. Politeness of staff.
Ming reminds me of markiplier in a good way, I enjoyed the show and I feel like chef enjoyed Ming's food.
what song?
Uau this is spectacular
2:19 pan isn't even hot when he adds the shallots in
that ming guy is really the annoying american
lol yeah there is something extremely annoying about him, also never giving ppl room to speak and keep asking new questions while they in the process answering his previous question..... and on everything he has to show the world he knows
it's his cooking show.. i think he likes to describe things to the viewer a lot and explain things, but the guest is not explaining a lot. that's why it looks like he's the "annoying american" because the other guy is not saying anything about the whys and whats.
Wow, brilliant.
does anyone know where the music from ?
He's so humble and you can see from his moves that he's a true, honest and dedicated master.Imagine what he would become after next 20 years .Respect form Croatia.
Oh ho ho~ I certainly sure of that~~★
music please!
Wonderful video, where is the restaurant? Quick tip: you should put more details and all the links the description (website, social, etc)
41 bukit pasoh rd singapore
thanks
the plate welcome
Is it your restauurant, Andre? or justa coincidence
the plate thanks i feel complimented though. However, it is not my restaurant. The restaurant is owned and served by Andre Chiang, who used to be chef in various famous restos in France. One of the most famous in singapore, i dare say. The restaurant is even mentioned in the fine dining list in yoursingapore.com However, you must spare some money since it costs you around $300++ per person.
Nice chef
Awesome!
First track ID ... PLEASE...unshazamable!
Ming too much of "BEAUTIFUL",....Its just Beautiful.....
